1 | navel orange, peeled, sectioned and cut into 1- inch pieces | ||

1 | red grapefruit, peeled, sectioned and cut into 1- inch pieces | ||

|||
1 | cucumber, very thinly sliced | ||
|
|||
1 | avocado, peeled and thinly sliced | ||
|
|||
Prepared poppy seed salad dressing to taste | |||
|
Place baby spinach in a large bowl.
Toss shrimp, orange, grapefruit, cucumber and avocado with spinach.
Add dressing; toss to coat. Serve at once.
