3/4 | pound | fettuccine, cooked as directed on package, drain off water, cover and keep warm | |

1 | pound | cooked ham, sliced and cut into 1/2 pieces | |

2 1/2 | ounces | Mascarpone cheese | |
|
|||
1 | ounce | grated Parmesan cheese | |
|
|||
1/8 | teaspoon | black pepper | |
|
After cooking fettuccine, set aside and keep warm.
Meanwhile, place ham in a medium pan and cook over medium heat for 4 minutes.
Add the Mascarpone and Parmesan cheese, reduce heat to low and stir until cheeses are melted; add pepper.
Stir the ham and cheese into the hot fettuccine; mix well and serve at once.
