1 1/2 | cups | (6 ounce) blue cheese, room temperature | |

1 | package | (3 ounce) cream cheese, softened | |

1/4 | cup | sour cream | |

|||
1/2 | cup | chopped toasted walnuts | |
|
|||
1/2 | cup | ground toasted walnuts | |
|
|||
2 | pears, sliced | ||

|
Stir together blue cheese, cream cheese and sour cream. Stir in chopped walnuts.
Cover and chill about 1 hour or till easy to handle. Divide mixture in half; shape each half into a 6 x 1 1/2- inch diameter log.
Wrap in plastic wrap and chill at least 4 hours or till firm.
Place ground walnuts on a sheet of waxed paper. Roll log in walnuts. Wrap in plastic wrap and chill up to 24 hours.
Serve with sliced pears and toasted baguette slices.
