3/4 | cup | thinly sliced radishes | |
|
|||
1/2 | cup | diced plum tomatoes | |
|
|||
1/2 | cup | sliced ripe olives | |
|
|||
1/4 | cup | sliced green onions (scallions) | |
|
|||
1/3 | cup | creamy garlic/herb cheese spread (about 3 ounces), or shredded hot pepper Jack | |
|
On two large paper plates, arrange an equal amount of tortilla chips in a single layer.
Sprinkle with radishes, tomatoes, olives and green onions; dot with cheese spread.
Microwave 1 plate at a time, on HIGH (100% power) until cheese melts, about 1 minute.
Serve immediately.
